Chloe Farrant is a professional artist and muralist, her bold, colourful work is primarily focussed on nature and the wonder of the animal kingdom. She has a studio practise and exhibits worldwide with both her paintings and her 3D ceramic work. Chloe holds a Master of Arts Degree, and is a trained mentor and coach. Having worked in art education for 20 years she has seen the power art can have on young people. She believes that making art is for everyone, giving people the space to connect, ask questions, take risks and gain confidence.
Originally a teacher, she led creative arts across a Multi-Academy Trust putting together curriculums, training and mentoring new teachers entering the profession. She left teaching in 2021 and founded Meraki Art School in Exeter with a passion to bring quality art education to the city to inspire the next generation of artists.
Since then, she has facilitated 600+ Meraki workshops and has connected with countless families across the city. She has also painted many public spaces in her vibrant wildlife murals, with community at heart.
