Welcome to Art Club

Art Club is a brand new class to Meraki Art School!

This is a 12 week block of lessons to welcome children who just love art and want the time, space and resources to be truly creative! This class offers a supportive environment for creative children who have their own ideas on what they want to make and would like the time and space each week to work on their projects alongside professional artists.

This will also be the perfect class for children who are studying GCSE art and those and those who love to explore materials without the pressure of an expected outcome.

This class is a drop- off class, and they will be mixing with children and teenagers of from 8 to 16 years. This is not a tutor led session, it is designed to encourage a freedom of expression and experimentation.

There are always 2 professionals artists on hand, encouraging and supporting. If you want to see you your child will be working with Meet the Team

If you would like to join us for a taster class, we do offer a pay-as-you-go option on your very first session. This way you can test the waters and see if your child likes it before making a commitment. After the initial taster, you will be required to sign your child up for the remainder of the full term (12 weeks)

All of the basic materials and equipment are included in the price. We also have an affordable materials shop where students can purchase stretch canvases, specialist equipment or kiln firings. (Additional materials from the shop will be invoiced after the class)

PLEASE NOTE we also run a pay-as-you-go painting session called 'Canvas Club' on the first Sunday of each month. You can book this in our 'Holiday Workshops' area. When tickets are available you will be notified through our mailing list - so please subscribe to be informed.
